To support this, we are looking for a Product Data Specialist who will be responsible for managing and maintaining product data within our Qbridge system across multiple European countries. In this role, you ensure that product information, pricing and configurations are correctly set up, allowing orders to flow smoothly through our systems and into production. Your work directly impacts how efficiently orders are processed and how reliably our operations run across different markets.
What will you do?
As a Product Data Specialist, you are responsible for setting up, structuring and maintaining product data in Qbridge. You ensure that product information, pricing structures and configurations are correctly built and maintained.
This enables orders from different European countries to be processed correctly within our systems and production processes.
You work closely with Product Management, international colleagues and suppliers to ensure that product data, pricing updates and system configurations are implemented consistently and correctly.
Key responsibilities:
Product data management
- Adding new products in Qbridge based on input from Product Management
- Building product structures including operations, materials, planning and pricing.
- Setting up workflows and product attributes for specific product options
Annual price and product updates
- Preparing product changes
- Aligning price and product updates with different European countries
- Recording new prices and validity periods in Qbridge
Database management
- Managing Qbridge product data across 7 databases for different European countries
- Maintaining additional databases within the MDE organisation
- Ensuring correct mapping between Qbridge configurations and physical order forms.
Operational support
- Entering exchange rates in Qbridge on a monthly basis
- Maintaining physical order forms and related system configurations
- Creating manuals and providing instructions to colleagues (national and international)
Collaboration
- Advising and aligning product structures and changes with Product Management, including analyses and reporting
- Regular coordination with international stakeholders across Elysee countries
- Supporting the setup of dynamic product structures in different European markets
What do we ask from you?
✔ Bachelor level working and thinking ability
✔ Experience with product data management, system management or similar roles
✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✔ Experience with databases, ERP systems and/or product management systems
✔ Good Excel skills and affinity with structured data
✔ Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams
✔ Good command of both Dutch and English
