We are looking for a Clinical Education & Content Specialist to strengthen our Product Management team in Europe. In this role, you support the development of clinical education, content and communication around our products and digital workflows. You play a key role in translating clinical knowledge into structured education, clear content and practical applications for the market.
What will you do?
As a Clinical Education & Content Specialist, you support the Product Management team in strengthening clinical education, product adoption and market communication across Europe. You focus on bridging clinical knowledge, education and product positioning, ensuring that solutions are effectively translated into structured training programs, high quality content and clear market messaging. You operate closely with Product Management, Marketing and Clinical partners, and play a key role in supporting the successful rollout of digital and clinical workflows.
Key responsibilities:
Clinical education development
- Support the development and structuring of clinical education programs across product lines
- Assist in preparing training materials, protocols and educational pathways
- Coordinate and support training sessions, workshops and clinical events
- Contribute to the standardisation of educational content across markets
Content creation and clinical documentation
- Develop clinical case reports and documentation together with clinicians and product teams
- Support the creation of educational articles, newsletters and product-related content
- Translate clinical workflows into clear, structured and user-friendly documentation
- Ensure consistency and quality of clinical and product communication
Product management support
- Support Product Managers in preparing product launches and educational rollouts
- Assist in organising product-related activities and initiatives
- Contribute to presentations, materials and internal documentation
- Act as a linking role between product management, clinical experts and marketing
Event and training coordination
- Support the organisation of educational events, courses and workshops
- Coordinate logistics and preparation of training materials and devices
- Ensure smooth execution of education-related initiatives
Support of digital and clinical workflows
- Assist in documenting and structuring digital workflows (e.g. aligners and restorative solutions)
- Support the implementation of new clinical concepts through education
- Contribute to building structured adoption pathways for new technologies
What do we ask from you?
✔ Bachelor of Dental Science (BDS), DDS or a similar dental background
✔ Initial experience in clinical practice, dental depot or education is a plus
✔ Strong interest in digital dentistry, workflows and clinical innovation
✔ Excellent communication and content creation skills
✔ Structured, detail-oriented and able to translate complex information into clear content
✔ Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners
✔ Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
